Lucknow and Varanasi (also 50 Questions for the Thinkopedia!)

I haven't posted for some time. My previous post has got some views already. My views aren't much, with the minimum being 1 and the maximum being 10. If I can cross 50 on any post I'll surely post 3 questions!

So the title is the book I am writing (although it won't be published xD) and the bracket is also a book that I will write. A sequel (or, you can say, a Part 2) of this, 100 Questions for the Thinkopedia, and later, 150 Questions for the Thinkopedia, will be released. That will give you 300 questions to relish.

I made a logo of The Thinkopedia. Check it out!

The 'T's stand for The Thinkopedia, the pink circle is the brain, the line coming out of it is the brain stem, and it also represents a speech bubble. Which represents language and my other blog.

I saw a notification that told me about new themes, and I updated the themes for both my blogs. Speaking of blogs, my Wordpress version of the Thinkopedia will stop showing new posts because I have trouble updating two blogs. As for the Hindi version, I will seldom post. I will post in the Hindi blog in June. If I don't get any results from the Knowledge Quiz, I will either abandon it or start it next year.

So, this is the last March post. See you in April! And wish me happy writing!

NOTE: I might post about my first day of my new class in March.

Gadgets

I've added some gadgets to the footer. Here's the how what and why:

1. Press end- That's where the gadgets are.
2. Translate- Select a language to read The Thinkopedia in your preferred tongue. It's not that accurate, though. I've added it to allow viewers from other countries to add to the audience.
3. Share- Share on Google+ that you read The Thinkopedia. This will allow your circles or whoever watches your page to get to know about The Thinkopedia.
4. Search- Did you like a post so much that you want to read it again? Search for it and read again. New readers can also check out the post 'Welcome to the Thinkopedia'.

I might put in ads somewhere, but that's another years' story. I would also like to announce that I will make a list of 50 questions that I will post about. I am also not writing the Kufri trip book, but I might write a small booklet of another trip I'm going tomorrow. Maybe 5-10 pages. I'm very excited, but I have only packed my wallet and some candy.

What will you do if you had all the knowledge of the world?

You know all languages. You can do math sums in a few seconds. You know all world capitals, capitals of every American or Canadian or Indian or Australian state. You just got an A on your science test. What if you had all the knowledge of the world. What will you do with it?

If I had the knowledge of the world, I would first try my medical skills. I will make a cure for cancer. I might even feed the people of the world to solve world hunger. Next, I will try to go 'Around The World in 80 Days', but if I had to go to every single country and stay there for two days, it will take me 350-400 days. That's over a year. 50? 100 days. If I tried 40 it would exactly be 80 days(which is kinda risky).

Next, I will go to some countries to figure out whether their relations with other countries is going fine or not. I.e, peace between the world.

That is a part of my future post. If you're in the future, you already know it.

Bye! And I might post 6-7 days later, for I'll be on holiday. I'll try to grab the chance to write, although I'm not sure.

St. Paddy's Day

I figured out that today is St. Patrick's Day. I might be busy today, making leprechauns and four-leaf clovers, posting on my blogs, maybe taking an Irish lesson from Duolingo and enjoying the fun of it. I kind of had the taste of what Irish is like, and words don't sound like what they would sound like if they were English. For example, bean in pronounced like 'ban' in English. All right, let's think...

 What if I was invisible?

I'm using my example here, but you can think of it as it were happening to you.

If I was invisible (for a day, we don't want the world to keep searching for me), it would be half-awesome and half-not-so-awesome. Let's keep two scenarios for a juicy post: school day and holiday.

When I will go to school, well, of course, nobody will see me. The teacher might mark me absent and I can't hangout with my friend at lunch. I might be able to scare the life out of the monitor(they deserve it anyway). I might able to prank my enemies and even scare everyone when they see a flying bag coming in the class or a flying pencil writing in a notebook that was also mysteriously taken out of the flying bag. The unfortunate thing is, if I want to answer a simple English question, the teacher might not see my raised hand. I might just leave it to the next intelligent student. Let's keep lots of good things and one bad thing that might happen for the next scenario. I guess that's all for this paragraph.

Nobody will see the milk disappear from the cup. Nobody will see me brush my teeth. I will have the laptop to myself and nobody will know it's me. My parents will wonder how I slept in my bed and did not wake up. 5 good things and counting. There, the pages of the book are turning magically. I might be able to play my favourite game on the phone which my mother allows and my sister never lets me play. I can open and close the doors and make the phone fly in the air to scare my sister. Unfortunately, I can't go to music or drawing classes.

I could do more if I was invisible. But on to the next post...

What if everyone stopped working for 48 hours?

This question is from Quora, by Chris Gigliotti. I do not know if 'working' means they have a job, or the body would stop working. I choose the latter.

What if somebody pressed the pause button on everyone's life? Well, if we are doing something annoying or ridiculous or funny when that someone pressed the button. Like if you are picking your nose, or making funny faces, or trying out the funniest dance moves out there, it would certainly be awkward. And it's for two days, so you should be very careful. If, say, your exams are going on, and some student wanted it to stop, his prayers would be answered. But the children will spend a night or two in the class itself.

Speaking of which, they deserve rest. But I guess that if you stop working you are probably in a state of rest. Just the muscles that are making the funny faces would get tired. Just like I am from typing on the tablet since morning.

I guess everybody refers to every creature. So, if you discover a cockroach in your bathroom, and if the cockroach stops, somebody can just go and kill it. But the somebody would also stop working. And everybody doesn't make pleasant faces when killing roaches. Everybody refers to only living things, so if you have a slipper in your hand, it will just fall and 'kill da roach'.

There might be some good things, but I can't name any. But if 48 hours pass quickly, people will soon realise that they should stop making funny faces.

Thinkoland is going great, and if when I count my viewers, I will know the population.

Holi Content

My non-Indian audience might not know what Holi is. It's a festival where everyone sprays water and colours on each other. All right, let's get to it.

What if the Sahara's temperature reaches negative?

The Sahara was once normal, covered with lush green forests. But now, becoming one of the largest deserts in the world- as everyone knows it- is scorching hot, humid- lots of words to describe. But, what if the Sahara reaches negative? It would be very cold indeed. Camels would have to go longer distances to find hotter areas. People would have to 'adapt' to the colder conditions of the desert.

But how? Maybe, at night, it would suddenly snow. No, snow is too much. Rain, maybe. Then it would continue in the morning and then the sun hides behind the clouds. And then newspapers, news channels and radios will have to look for catchy titles- Can Sahara be the next Antartica?, Sahara soon reaches negative. It might become a cold desert. The population might also decrease.
What if we could meet aliens?

People have been waiting for this moment for ages. They want to say hello to aliens, befriend them and make them part of the population. The third part is less likely, though. We might visit them one day. But what if, somebody shouts out, "We got a signal! Alien invasion incoming!"

We don't know that they're friendly or not, anyway. If they are friendly, we could befriend them. If not, we need to make weapons and all. You can watch my superweapons blog, though. To get inspiration for what to make.

They could be speaking an alien language or make whistling sounds like dolphins. Echolocation, it's called. So, either they will understand us or we will understand them. Anyways, we will befriend them.

Secrets... (shhh!)

Date: 11 Fvgyekni, 0000
Day: Jupiterni
Time zone: GMT +5:30 (IST)

Now, these are not secrets anymore-

1. I'm very young: With my style of writing, you probably know that. How old do you think I am? 18? 16?  15? 12? 10? 9? 9. 10 when my birthday will come this year.
2. I live here- I live in an ordinary place in the capital of a not-so-ordinary country- India.
3. I love languages- That's not even a secret! I'm learning Russian, and if you tell me to learn a language, I'll learn it. If I find enough free material.

Пока-пока! This was a short post, and if you're wondering, my three-posts-in-a-row challenge has been accomplished.

Bad Dreams

New Readers: I recommend you to check my oldest post 'Welcome to Thinkopedia' so that you know me a little. My style of writing.

I just wanna express my thoughts today. Last night, I dreamt(or at least I thought so. The power went off)- I thought my eyes were open- of that there was darkness in my room. The windows were quite lighter, but it was dark, so I couldn't look out of the window either. And I was thinking of sad things- they were not sad, but when I thought about it- it felt scary. "Mom!" I called out. No response. I couldn't go to the room either, it was so dark. I thought of the Mandela Effect. That scared me the most. Maybe this- this darkness, my life- was a lie. I tucked myself in my quilt, closed my eyes tight and thought, "There is no light so don't look up. It's useless." I tried to smile a fake smile. I heard that smiling makes you happier(the vice versa you know, of course). I decided to look for my watch, to confirm that before I knew, it was morning. Finally, I felt something bright. I felt scared- again! I found my watch, it was around 12:26AM. The bright thing was the light. I fell asleep.

I'm going to come up with another post tomorrow... Stay tuned!

Grammarly, stop loading! I chose you to perfect my English!

What if a video on YouTube has 7.4 billion views?

I had scheduled a lot for 8th March that I forgot to blog! Well, I have

It's not possible. There are many people who don't even have an electronic device, let alone watch a video. But for now, let's see which video has the most number of views.

The most viewed video on YouTube is Gangnam Style. It has 2,781,776,381 views. As of when I was collecting the information. I don't think it can exceed 2 billion. See You Again- Wiz Khalifa ft. Charlie Puth has 2 billion views too.

But what if, a single video on YouTube got the most number of views? There are about 1,235,000 viewers of Youtube every day. Wait. How can it be so low when the 'big guys' got 2 billion views? Well, you can't have so many views in a day. If we multiply that by 30, which is a month, then the result is 39,750,000. Thirty-nine billion seven hundred and fifty million. Too much! Remember, it should not exceed 7 billion. 12? 14,820,000,000 Still big. 6? 7,410,000,000. Wait. That is about the population of the world! Well, PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE TECHNOLOGY? Let's just imagine that everyone has a phone or a laptop or some device to watch YouTube.

Phew! Do you know, somewhere in the middle all my calculations had gone waste? Now I'm gonna have to delete all that history.

I've found no results for the Knowledge Quiz, so the date is postponed to 1st June. And I have a new set of questions. Don't worry, you can answer the previous set of questions.

Q1. Balto-Slavic is a branch from which group of languages?

a. Indo-European
b. Austronesian
c. Bantu
d. None of the above

Q2. When is my birthday (you'll get this correct only by chance if you don't know)?

a. 2nd June
b. 8th May
c. 27th August
d. 21st December

Please comment me the results on any of my blogs.

I have also deleted my Hindi version of The Thinkopedia. I might open it some other day. I have also changed the domain name for Thinkoland- .td is taken- .ti!

Today's date is Marsni, 28th Fvgyekni 0000.
